One of our strengths has always been our commitment to safety and quality, and we take all necessary precautions from the time of packing to final delivery.

All orders are prepared in our HACCP-certified packing facility, where additional security measures have been implemented since the COVID-19 outbreak. Our packers are required to wear masks and gloves, maintain social distancing, and cleaning and sanitisation are effected on a regular basis – all to ensure that our products carry the minimum risks of contamination.

Delivery is effected in refrigerated vehicles to ensure there is no break in the cold chain, which is crucial for our frozen and chilled products. Moreover, we require all orders to be pre-paid to avoid unnecessary contact at the time of delivery, and our drivers are trained to observe all sanitary precautions at all times.
