• Payment is accepted by credit card or Juice. In the case of credit card payment, all transactions are encrypted for maximum security.
• In case of Juice, payment should be effected within 12 hours as from the submission of the order, otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
• Once your payment is received (by credit card or Juice), we select and prepare your products with care, while taking the highest level of sanitary precautions. All of our staff wear masks and gloves, and regular cleaning and sanitisation are effected.
• We will do our best to effect delivery within 72 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays) from Monday to Saturday. You will receive a call or text message on the day of delivery to advise you of same, and our driver will give you a call prior to reaching your house.
• We deliver island-wide and free of charge, subject to certain conditions that may be applicable from time to time.
• We will advise you in the event that an item in your order is out of stock, and a refund will be effected.
• No returns will be accepted.
